AIR FT – Welding Tower
Plug & Play Ventilation System
- Mixing of filtered air and contaminated room air
- Filtered air is blown in at the bottom of the filter unit and extracted on the top of the filter unit
- Suitable for low thermal loads, welding rod consumption < 10 tons per year
- Suitable if only certain areas within a production hall are to be extracted, no piping required
Push Pull Ventilation System
- Mixing of filtered air and contaminated room air
- Filtered air is blown in on one side of the hall and extracted on the other side of the hall
- Suitable for low thermal loads, welding rod
- consumption < 10 tons per year
- Ceiling height < 7,5 m
Upstream Ventilation System
- Instream of fresh air near floor creating a layer of cool air
- Thermal upstream caused by the welding process and the installed thermal load creates two separate layers:
Fresh Air Zone in the work area
Contaminated Air Zone in the upper part of the building
- Suitable for high thermal loads, welding rod consumption > 10 tons per year
- Ceiling hight > 7,5 m
- Equipped with air handling unit (Optional with heat recovery, heating and cooling, temperature sensors. etc.)
