SAVING COSTS THROUGH CONSISTENT EXTRACTION PERFORMANCE
Conventional extraction systems cannot automatically regulate the airflow. As a result, these systems initially deliver more suction power than needed and, towards the end of the filter's lifespan, less than the nominal airflow. The result: unnecessary power consumption. The NOVUS innovation is reliable constant airflow control. As a result, AIRCASE always provides exactly as much power as is actually necessary to maintain the required airflow.
QUIET
According to the technical data sheet, the noise level of AIRCASE (SF and PF) is below 70 dB (A). In practice, however, the point extraction system is even quieter. The constant airflow control ensures that the extraction system only consumes as much energy as it actually needs. As a result, AIRCASE reaches a maximum of 50 dB(A) and is not considered disturbing.
YES
Using AIRCASE for direct extraction during laser manual welding is not a problem at all. Especially in small laser cabins, AIRCASE is a convenient and space-saving companion.
