Managing Director. Born in Finland, he studied international production engineering in Dresden and has many years of experience as a development engineer, project manager and production manager at a well-known OEM and a global automotive supplier.
Authorized signatory. With a degree in business administration, she took over from Thomas Drabner, who left the company as managing partner, in 2014. Since 2017 - when Novus air GmbH became part of the Löbau-based ULT AG - she has formed the successful company leadership together with Jani Mäkelä.
Assistant to the Management Board. She studied business administration and graduated from the University of Cooperative Education in Riesa in 1996. Since summer 2014 she enriches the NOVUS family and is responsible for all matters concerning purchasing, order processing, order handling and shipping.
Production. The trio is the heart and hand behind all NOVUS products. Mechanics and electrics pass through their capable hands. Carsten Pelz has been on board since 2011 and is thus one of the longest-serving members of the team. He is supported in production by Thomas Kreusel and Ulrich Wiedenhövt, among others.
Development Manager. The engineer (BA) for supply and environmental technology is broadly positioned: Design, construction, costing, project management and execution. With a lot of experience and expertise, he is responsible for the development of series products as well as customer-specific solutions.
Head of Sales. Since mid-September 2017, Christian Lauer has been responsible for sales and is thus the first point of contact for customers and interested parties. He can draw on more than ten years of experience in the sales and export of extraction systems.
